She will have to live with this now for the rest of her liife whatever the circumstances. and 3/ What the f*ck was 7 year old kid doing out on the road on a quadbike ? ....and after dark? ?!!!!!!

ash you say wtf drunk or not!!!!!!! if drunk she should not off been on the road end off story in book !!! i dont agree with drink driving , and yes i agree the quad should not off been on the road but i feel for the father and the family of the girl , this is a tradgety that should not have happened, Think you read it wrong Chris did I say I thought it was OK to drink and drive??? No, I said it was immaterial if she was or not (she was subseqently cleared of the allergation)- the girl should not have been on the road riding a quad and the sole responsibility for her doing so and the tragic outcome lies with her father who although I can feel for cannot begin to understand his stupid decison to take his kids out on quads ,onroad after dark when he had 45acres of his own land to let them ride on.... end of story.
