Think my brain NEEDS a surgeon now mate - spent hours thinking this one through !! Have had to modify front tubes position to get the right angle on the stem - they now are lower than the rear tubes by a couple of inches but have worked out how to join them - hopefully this coming weekend. Had some 1.5" diameter tube bent into "U" shape to go over the carbs and join front to back, will look "different" but be under plastics when fitted. Radiator now fitted to original 'cat bracket at bottom which has given it a sexy raked forward attitude and provided the room to mount the primary steering stem - did I mention that this bike will have both primary and secondary steering stems? Handlebars/controls will attach to a modified stem cut down to 6" long mounted in repositioned top/bottom bearings and connected to main stem in original position by two slave links via rosejoints. This is necessary as the A-arms/hubs/stem mounts are now 6" further away from the seat/footpegs. Bottom frame tubes will be detachable as per the GPQZ to allow engine/exhaust removal.
